We are affiliated to NASCH - The National Association of Swimming Clubs for the Handicapped. We are covered by Public Liability insurance organised by them , click here to see copy of current certificate and are required to comply with their rules regarding new members. Personal Accident insurance is the responsibility of the member.
New members are required to fill in an application form (see below) which is needed by the Club to confirm that swimming would be of benefit to your condition and show sufficient medical details about you should an emergency arise at the pool side.
Membership can be for an individual or for the handicapped person and their immediate family. You are able to bring guests for which a higher pool entry fee is charged. You are required to be responsible for their behaviour whilst they swim with you.
Our membership subscription year starts on the 1st April and current annual subscriptions are as follows:-
Individual £6
Family £8
In addition you are required to pay a pool entry fee each time you swim. Currently rates are £1.50 per individual and family member and £2.00 per guest. Membership number and card will be required at the desk when you come each week.
